MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Location: US:WI:NEW BERLIN at our CP-MOORLAND RESERVE HLTH CTR facility. Type: On Site. FTE: 1.0. Standard Hours: 40.00. Job Summary This customer‑serviced position is responsible for maintaining the facility’s buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. Duties include general repair work, mechanical maintenance (HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry), and grounds‑keeping. Shift Shift 1. Holidays and weekends are as per standard schedule. Experience A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience is preferred. Education High School diploma or equivalent is required. Licensure & Certifications Valid driver’s license required for first and second shift staff only; third‑shift staff may provide proof upon transfer to another shift. Mechanic certification or equivalent preferred.
