Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience working with equipment, construction, warehouse, or outdoor labor is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Job Duties

• Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with daily operations
• Clean, power wash, inspect, and prepare rental equipment for customer use
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and assist with deliveries and returns
• Check returned equipment for damage, fuel levels, mileage, and hours of operation
• Build modular equipment and assist with painting steel plates and beams
• Verify safety decals, compliance requirements, and equipment functionality
• Demonstrate equipment operation for customers and answer basic inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support customer service efforts by greeting customers and providing assistance as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Climb on and around heavy equipment regularly
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator and hearing protection when necessary
