General Manager Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a comparable restaurant environment
• Experience managing $5–7M+ annual sales volume
• Hands-on, adaptable leadership style
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to manage labor, costs, and overall financial performance
