DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As our Territory Sales & Business Development Manager, you'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm .

You'll direct and improve the day-to-day operations of our sales representatives across Birmingham, Nashville, and Atlanta, track their performance, and take proactive steps to increase success and grow revenue. Thinking analytically, you'll identify areas for improvement, determine which sales strategies are effective and which are ineffective, and coach your team accordingly. You'll hire sales reps, build up sales teams, and play your part in bringing new roofing projects to the company.
