Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Travel experience is required. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Additional Details References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience Minimum 2 years of ICU experience. IV start. Telemetry. Ventilator management experience. Teaching hospital experience is required. Required Credentials Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Special Requests Cannot apply to any Ohio State University facilities if you have an active application to any of the James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities. Unit Details Adult patient population. Transplant patients including kidney, liver, lung, and heart. Critical care float pool environment across Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, and CVICU. Shift & Scheduling Weekend nights F/S + 1 night shift, with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Floating Requirements Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU/MICU/NCCU based on staffing and patient acuity. Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Will be required to float to different units within the OSU organization as needed. 14 days maximum time off.
