Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Director of Business Development for the West Coast to drive revenue growth in late-phase clinical services. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating proposal responses and trade show participation.

Responsibilities Operate autoclave and labware washing equipment; prepare materials for sterilization Harvest and concentrate cell culture media for product purification and cGMP production Operate and maintain chlorine dioxide gas sterilization room equipment Manufacture buffers, solutions, media, and prepare plates for laboratory use Handle biohazard waste following safety protocols and maintain laboratory documentation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of general laboratory equipment and centrifuges Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
