Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care. Follows health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education / Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work. Must possess a current CPR certification. Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
