We're looking for a professional and career driven Rental Agent who will thrive in a performance driven career. The Rental Agent reports to the Service Lane Manager and is an onsite position.

Part-time and Full-time opportunities available:

• 3PM-7PM (Full-Time)
• 2PM- 10PM (Part-Time)
• Hourly Pay - $17.00 - $18.00

What You'll Do

As a Rental Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the rental process. Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle rental.

• Greet customers in person, via email and by phone.
• Communicate rental car quotes based on rates, estimated mileage, optional services and any requested insurance. Explain all policies and procedures.
• Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
• Ensure cars are ready for the next client.
• Responsible for daily cash and credit transactions, balancing and reconciling rental car account/s.

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years in the rental car industry
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• 1 or more years in working with internal departments
• Working knowledge of computers
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $17.50

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
