Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436 Weekend Leasing Agent: Kenwood Gables Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour Saturday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our property, Kenwood Gables located in Minneapolis, Kenwood Gables is a 102-unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals. Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge. Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect. Maintain professional communications with residents, residents’ guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business. Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence. Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
