Role Description The Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Longview–Marshall Area. This role is responsible for reviewing customer requirements, analyzing product and service needs, and preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for restaurant, laundry, healthcare, and school accounts. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating usage volumes, pricing options, and delivery schedules, collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure feasible and competitive proposals, and updating estimate records in company systems. The Estimator will communicate directly with customers to clarify specifications, answer questions, and adjust estimates as needed, while supporting continuous improvement in estimating processes and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret product specifications, usage data, and pricing structures.
• Experience in Food service 114000 estimating, purchasing, or sales support within food service, or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software (e.g. AutoQuotes, Excel, email, and CRM or ERP systems).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to customer service and collaboration, reflecting the company’s mission and values.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical, business, or vocational training in estimating or supply chain is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in the Longview–Marshall Area and travel locally to customer locations as needed.
