This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with users, and gaining experience with both traditional IT systems and modern cloud-based technologies.You'll work with technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, mobile device management, endpoint security, networking, and VPN connectivity. The role also provides opportunities to participate in technology deployments and IT projects, troubleshoot issues beyond basic help desk support, and expand your skills across multiple areas of enterprise IT.What You'll Do:Provide professional technical support for employeesTroubleshoot Windows laptop and desktop hardware and software issuesSupport Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OfficePrepare, configure, deploy, and replace Windows computers and mobile devicesSupport devices managed through Microsoft IntuneCreate and manage user accounts, groups, devices, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra IDTroubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, internet, printer, and general connectivity issuesSupport remote employees using remote access and support toolsSupport company-managed Android and iOS devicesAssist with endpoint security, device compliance, and Microsoft Defender-related issuesInstall and troubleshoot printers, monitors, docking stations, and other peripheralsMaintain accurate ticket notes, technical documentation, and equipment recordsAssist with IT deployments, hardware refreshes, and other technology projectsEscalate complex issues when appropriate
