Service Coordinator

We are a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractor offering a variety of services including design‑build engineering, installation, maintenance, and energy efficiency solutions. Job Summary Location: Louisville, KY. The Service Coordinator will provide strong administrative and billing support to an account team and will efficiently communicate with and support the needs of our customers. The role requires excellent multitasking, organization, punctuality, and the ability to work independently when needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Work with the account manager and team members to provide quality and timely service, correspondence, and other customer needs. Schedule technicians to meet varying customer requirements. Prepare contracts for implementation, invoicing, and internal communication with the relevant team members. Provide quality administrative support, including producing and maintaining letters, invoices, spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation. Perform duties effectively and confidently, sometimes without direct supervision. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of recent administrative support experience; 2+ years of accounting experience preferred. Experience with COINS is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical contracting is a plus but not required. Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, with willingness to learn additional software. Knowledge of AIA forms, certified payroll, prevailing wage, and state/federal forms is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization in a positive, engaging, proactive, team‑based manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional appearance; team‑player attitude. Valid driver’s license. Physical Demands The job requires regular sitting, seeing, talking, hearing, using hands, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Employees will sit for long periods in front of a computer and travel to field locations as needed. The work setting is typical of an office with occasional fieldwork.
