As a Production Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily operations on the production floor—ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time, safely, and with the highest quality.

But most importantly, you'll get to know your team members, understand their strengths, and help support their growth and success. You'll clearly communicate schedules and expectations, monitor progress throughout the shift, and coordinate staffing and workflow transitions to keep production running smoothly.

You will also handle key responsibilities such as timekeeping, attendance, and performance evaluations, while actively participating in planning meetings and improvement initiatives. Above all, you'll create a positive, productive, and safety-focused environment where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work.

The standard daylight schedule is a crew rotation of four days per week, 7AM – 5PM and you'll enjoy a three-day weekend every other week!

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of related leadership or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
