Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and supporting department goals. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive, flexible team players who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager at our corporate‑owned restaurants.
