Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager located in our brand new store opening- Corydon Indiana. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, and lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Store Manager will also be responsible for staff training and promoting a cohesive and productive work atmosphere. Corydon Glik's opens May 2026. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build rapport with clients and ensure positive shopping experiences Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with staff and customers Proven expertise in Store Management, including leadership and team-building abilities Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention to protect company assets and maintain store security Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Glik's
