Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Two weeks on and two weeks off; flexibility available
• Workweek: Monday ÄìFriday
• Hours: 8:00 AM Äì5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch; times may be flexible
• Setting: Outpatient Pain Medicine
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
• Call: None
• Admissions: None
• Trauma Designation: Level IV
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• Temporary Privileges: Available
• Hospital Privileges: Required
• Nearest Airports: Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport and Central Wisconsin Airport
• Lodging Options: Best Western, The Pointe, and AmericInn
Requirements
• Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician
• Active Wisconsin license, IMLC eligibility, or any active state license through Act 10
• Current ACLS and BLS
• Experience with interventional Pain Medicine procedures
• Ability to cover approximately two weeks per month
• Hospital privileges
Clinical Details
• Conduct new-patient and follow-up office visits
• Perform spinal cord stimulation procedures
• Perform radiofrequency ablation
• Administer interventional pain injections
• Manage approximately 15 patients per shift
• Collaborate with four RNs and two office staff
• No call, admissions, APP supervision, resident supervision, or teaching responsibilities
