Pay $24–$34 / hr Schedule Mon–Fri 7 am start Location Greater Houston area What you’ll do Pole sand, hand sand, sponge sand to specified finish level Walk-through under raking work light to catch flats and pocks Skim coat and polish on Level 5 scope Final punch with painter coordination Requirements 3+ years finishing experience Level 5 skim-coat experience a strong plus Comfortable with scaffolding and work at height Nice to have Paint-ready handoff experience on high-end residential Respirator-fit and dust-control discipline Your first week Start on a residential punch-out so we can see your eye for raking light before putting you on a Level 5 scope. Pay and schedule Hourly or day rate based on experience. Weekly pay.
