Basic Builders, Inc. is a leading general contractor specializing in high-quality interior buildouts for commercial spaces. We’re seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Install trim, molding, baseboards, and other architectural details with precision.
- Paint, stain, or seal surfaces to meet design specifications and ensure durability.
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards while following safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a finisher in interior construction or remodeling.
- Proficiency in drywall finishing, painting, trim installation, and other finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret design specifications.
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial interior build-outs.
- Knowledge of specialty finishes
