Shifts: Both AM and PM shifts available

The Support Tech is the ultimate backbone of our local operations. In this role, you will act as a critical link between our cleaners and area managers, ensuring our teams have what they need to succeed and our clients receive top-tier service. Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Deliveries: Transport and drop off cleaning supplies, equipment, and essential items to employees and various facility locations.

Team Support: Assist cleaners and area managers with daily operational needs to keep buildings running smoothly.

Shift Coverage: Step in and cover cleaning shifts at various locations when needed to ensure zero disruption in service.

Site Adaptability: Travel to and work comfortably within different types of commercial facilities throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with team members, management, and clients.

Position Requirements

Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid Driver's License, and current auto insurance.

Adaptability: Must be comfortable traveling to and working in a wide variety of facility environments.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a comfortable, professional communication style.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing daily routes and tasks based on immediate business needs.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., cases of chemicals, vacuum cleaners).

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: Stable hourly wage for all working hours.

On-the-Clock Travel: Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement for all travel between locations.
