Merchant Brand Ambassador

Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory! Schedule Monday - Friday Pay $23 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. Field‑based role; must travel within assigned territory. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within the assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner. Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met. Day‑to‑Day Field‑based position with daily travel within the assigned territory. Approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up. Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams. Benefits No weekends. Weekly pay (DailyPay options available). Paid training and onboarding support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route. Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused. Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Reliable transportation within assigned territory. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits. Effectively demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
