Salesforce Solutions ArchitectOnsite – Dallas County, TX Direct Hire · W2 Only (No Sponsorship / C2C)We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform design and delivery across Sales and Service Cloud in a complex, enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn Salesforce solution architecture across Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standardsDesign and deliver integrations between Salesforce and core back-office and contact center systemsTranslate business requirements into scalable solutions — data models, workflows, configuration, and custom developmentDefine and enforce platform best practices across security, data quality, performance, and reusabilityProvide technical leadership to internal and partner teams through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on coachingShape the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluating and adopting new platform capabilities including AI and automationPartner with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirementsSupport release planning, environment management, and CI/CD strategiesRequirements7+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience, with 3+ years in an architect or technical lead roleDeep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including case management, routing, and knowledge managementStrong experience architecting enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patternsHands-on experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platformsSolid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing architectureNice to haveSalesforce certifications (Application Architect, Data Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)Experience with financial services, insurance, or regulated industry environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD tooling and Salesforce DevOps practices
