• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR support preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Knowledge of benefits regulations (e.g., COBRA, FMLA, ACA) preferred
• Customer-service driven mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other voluntary benefits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HRIS and benefits systems
• Support open enrollment processes, including employee communication and education
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors to resolve eligibility, billing, and claims issues
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies related to benefits administration
• Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate payroll deductions
• Maintain confidential employee records and protect sensitive information
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of inquiries and transactions
