Key Responsibilities Give direct patient care according to the therapeutic plan of care developed by the supervising registered nurse under physician's orders. Administer prescribed medications as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act in the State of New Jersey, consistent with physician's orders. Record nurses' notes and other documentation required in client's chart upon observation. Revise patient's care plan as directed by supervising nurse. Reinforces teaching/instructions given to patient and caregivers by the physician, and/or supervising Nurse. Utilize universal precautions and required safety measures to complete required procedures.
