Therapists can customize their caseloads, managing between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic examinations, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver all therapy sessions, ensuring clients have access to care from the comfort of their own spaces.

• Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations following the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), collaborating with overseeing psychiatrists or psychologists to tailor treatment approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches tailored to individual, couple, and family needs, including crisis intervention, skills training, and addiction counseling.

• Engage in active case management, evaluating client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions effectively, manage client paperwork, and communicate with external stakeholders, such as schools and family members, to gather pertinent information while maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing clinical discussions and departmental planning activities to contribute to quality management and organizational growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or hold a Psy.D degree to practice in the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
