Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

This role supports patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and licensed physical therapist, focusing on adults and geriatrics. Responsibilities include administering prescribed physical therapy treatments, assisting with program development, documenting patient information, and contributing to program effectiveness. The role requires effective organization, communication, and adherence to agency values to ensure patient satisfaction and team collaboration. Qualifications Associate Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program State licensure (NC/SC) and CPR certification Minimum 6 months of experience Skills & Abilities Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and ability to operate related equipment Manual dexterity for patient transfer and therapy techniques Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, families, and colleagues Physical capability for standing, lifting, reaching, and patient handling Ability to apply clinical reasoning, prioritize tasks, and learn new skills Effective visual and communication skills Additional Requirements Exposure to clinical hazards and community hazards Valid driver's license and operational vehicle Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
