What You'll Do

• Provide specialized cardiac ICU care for adult patients, including those on vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Monitor critically ill patients with IV starts, telemetry, and conscious sedation
• Manage patient acuity with a patient ratio of 1:1-2
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic medical records
• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and emergency procedures

What You Need

• Ohio RN license or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of ICU experience, specifically in Cardiac ICU preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, vents, and advanced cardiac procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
