You will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and drivers. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points for a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorized entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records as required. Screen inbound and outbound traffic in accordance with site procedures, including drivers, vehicles, trailers, and personnel entering restricted areas. Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
