Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Fri 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM DayTime: Sat 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM DayTime: Sun 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and support visitor check-in processes in accordance with location protocols. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Maintain detailed logs, reports, and other documentation related to incidents, visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related front desk matters. Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, following established screening procedures, and reporting concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
