Job Description: At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve up great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. As a Bartender, you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and are relentless in providing our guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Salary Range: $11.35 - $11.35 per hour. What You’ll Be Doing Daily Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of fun. Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy. Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests’ needs. Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service. Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Position Requirements Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience. Guest-focused mindset. Teamwork is essential. 21+ years of age and possess required alcohol certification. Effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
