Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Well-regarded boutique firm focused on immigration law is seeking to add a 2+ year attorney to its collaborative team. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of business immigration processes, particularly PERMs and employment-based green card petitions. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a hands-on role, leading business immigration cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Opportunity to manage and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff and provide overall guidance on case preparation and strategy. Terrific work/life balance and competitive compensation. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred but not required. Must be able to work on a hybrid basis (4 days onsite) in the firm’s South Coast, MA office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
