Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.


As our DSP , you will provide compassionate care helping support recipients meet their life goals. You may be assigned to work in the comfort of a support recipient's home or an assisted living site. Every day we'll rely on you as the caregiver, to teach activities of daily living to foster social independence. To thrive in this role, you should be passionate about helping people experiencing disabilities and comfortable with personal care. No experience is required for this entry-level position. We'll teach you everything else you need to know.

We are looking for the following schedules:

Weekend Relief: Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 6am-10pm - remaining onsite all weekend to include overnight.

Tuesday through Saturday: 10am-6pm

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's License, personal vehicle, and clean driving record
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
