We're looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney who wants to build a long-term career with a team that values professionalism, strong client service, and a collaborative approach. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to take ownership of their cases while working within a structured, well-supported environment without the pressure of sourcing your own work. What you can expect: A consistent pipeline of retained family law matters through established marketing and intake systems Support from experienced paralegals and administrative staff Modern legal technology and systems that let you focus on strategy and advocacy Flexibility in where and how you work, with some ability to shape your caseload and geographic focus based on experience The work: Divorce, custody, parenting plans, and support matters Courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and case strategy Independent case management with a collaborative team behind you What success looks like here: Attorneys who thrive at Lutz & Associates take ownership of their files, communicate clearly with clients during difficult transitions, prepare thoroughly for court, and maintain strong organization across deadlines and strategy.
