Family Law Attorney

The attorney will manage their own cases while collaborating with a dedicated legal team and support staff. Duties Represent clients in divorce, custody, parenting plan, and support matters. Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Appear before or correspond with Superior Court judicial officers and staff. Negotiate resolutions while preparing cases for litigation when necessary. Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines independently. Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of family law experience. Active WSBA license in good standing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Professionalism, empathy, and strong client service orientation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active WSBA license. Skills Strong organizational and case management skills. Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
