Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney — Detained Immigrant Advocates

City of Lincoln

Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) seeks a full-time bilingual Staff Attorney to work in the Detained Immigrant Advocates (DIA) unit in our Tacoma office. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish (or another language); travel and a minimum two-year commitment are expected. The role involves direct representation in removal proceedings, USCIS and DOS matters, and outreach activities. The position operates in a hybrid model with typical hours 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday, and in-office #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Lincoln
