Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients, supporting recovery and mobility goals. Ensure quality care through therapeutic interventions and patient education. Responsibilities:
- Support physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and confidentiality standards.
- Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) or equivalent required.
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans accurately.
- Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient safety protocols.
- BLS certification required.
