The Clinical Information Analyst assists clinicians with workflow and process analysis that align with our strategic plan, leveraging available resources, metrics, benchmarks; and system standards across the enterprise. Responsible for managing customer expectations and aligning their strategic initiatives with Solution Segments in ISD. Must be able to demonstrate working operational knowledge and technical skills necessary to analyze current processes and understand customer's business strategies. Responsible for documenting process and workflow presenting them as educational materials. Demonstrates a commitment to the values of the corporation through active participation in the Partners in Caring, Customer Service, Six Sigma, and Continuous Quality Improvement programs. Typically reports to an IT Manager. The Clinical Information Analyst partners with physicians, clinicians, and operational teams to support and optimize clinical information systems, with a strong focus on Epic applications and workflows. This role provides hands-on end-user support, assists with system-related issues, develops reports, facilitates meetings, and helps drive process improvements that enhance clinical efficiency and patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build effective relationships with providers, understands clinical workflows, and is passionate about leveraging technology to support healthcare operations.
