This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day health, testing, and configuration of the Company’s Workday HCM, Payroll and Time Tracking modules.The HRIS Analyst is a member of the Workday support team, responsible for monitoring system alerts, executing test scenarios, loading data via EIBs, and performing configuration updates within Workday.The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on Workday experience and is eager to grow their technical skill set while ensuring the accuracy, stability, and reliability of the Workday environment on a daily basis. Responsibilities System Monitoring & SupportMonitor daily Workday system alerts, integration errors, and business process exceptionsTriage issues and escalate as needed to appropriate teams or Workday supportTrack recurring issues and flag trends for process or configuration improvementRespond to end-user questions related to Workday functionalityTestingConduct functional and regression testing for Workday releases, patches, and updatesDevelop and execute test scripts for HCM, Payroll and Time Tracking configuration changesDocument test results and defects, and coordinate retesting with stakeholdersSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancementsEIBs & Data ManagementBuild, load, and validate Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for mass data changesEnsure data integrity before and after EIB loadsTroubleshoot EIB errors and coordinate corrections with HR and Payroll partnersMaintain documentation of EIB templates and load processesConfigurationPerform configuration updates within Workday modulesSupport business process configuration, including condition rules and notificationsAssist with configuration changes tied to organizational changes, such as:Supervisory organizationsJob profiles and compensation elementsTime off and absence plansDocument configuration changes in accordance with change management standardsSupport tenant maintenance activities during Workday's bi-annual release cycles Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience2–5 years of hands-on Workday experienceWorking knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking modulesExperience building and loading EIBsExperience with test planning and executionStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferredWorkday Pro Certification(s) in any HCM or Payroll modulesExperience with Workday report writing (Advanced/Matrix reports)Experience in a large, multi-location organization Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
