Growing Non-Profit Healthcare System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join an established General Surgery team in Northwest Indiana!

Your Role with the Company:

• Flexible full-time schedule with shared 1:4 weekend call rotation
• Join an established General Surgery team of 4 surgeons and dedicated support staff
• Primary focus on hospital rounding and inpatient surgical care at two hospital locations
• Perform minor procedures including wound care, drain management, and post-operative follow-up

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Hospital rounding experience preferred
