Payroll Associate

To ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, the remote Payroll Associate will manage semi-monthly payroll for U.S., Canadian, and international employees while assisting with payroll-related reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state, Canadian, and international employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Review and verify timesheets, earnings, and deductions while responding to employee payroll inquiries Collaborate with HR to process new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments, and prepare payroll reconciliations Required Qualifications Associate's degree or 2+ years of payroll experience Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations Experience with payroll systems such as UKG is preferred Experience processing multi-state, Canadian, or international payroll is a plus Strong Excel skills
