Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about health and fitness? Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is looking for energetic Sales Associates/Membership Advisors to join our team and help change lives through fitness.

As the first face members and guests see when they walk through our doors, you’ll play a huge role in creating an amazing studio experience while helping people start their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with current and prospective members

Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options

Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails

Assist with membership sales and retail purchases

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes

Help create a positive, high-energy studio environment

Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts

Manage front desk operations including check-ins

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Sales experience preferred, but not required

Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends
