What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
• Responding quickly and professionally to resident service requests
• Communicating clearly with residents and teammates
• Partnering with our property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Being available for on-call support , helping ensure our community is taken care of around the clock

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience - you're confident with tools, repairs, and property upkeep
• Preferred certifications: HVAC and CPO (not required, but a definite plus!)
• On-call availability as part of the position
• A dependable team player with strong communication skills
• Someone who values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship
