If you take pride in quality, teamwork, and doing work that truly matters, this is where your skills make a difference every single day.\ \ As a Certified Instrument Technician II, youll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to delivering safe, high-quality instrumentation that supports exceptional patient outcomes.\ \ What Youll Do:\ \ Under the direction of the Sterile Processing leadership team, you will:\ \ Maintain competency across all core Sterile Processing functions:\ \ \ Decontamination\ \ Instrument Assembly\ \ Sterilization\ \ Case Pick\ \ \ Ensure instrumentation is processed accurately, safely, and on time to support surgical services\ \ Follow all Lee Health policies, system protocols, and industry standards including AAMI, APIC, and AORN\ \ Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and quality initiatives\ \ Support training and precepting of team members as needed\ \ Help maintain a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the department\ \ Why Join Lee Health? \ Lee Health is a trusted, community-focused health system serving Southwest Florida.
