Training Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join our client's team in Olyphant, PA. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to support the achievement of our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a proven ability to deliver effective training across various platforms.

• Collaborate with HR, EHS, and Operations departments to implement required training initiatives within the plant.
• Coordinate third-party training services and manage training agendas to ensure timely completion by all participants.
• Maintain and update all training materials, records, and documentation, including sign-in sheets and acknowledgements.
• Manage the AG5 Learning Management System, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring individual progress.
• Continuously review training materials and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Conduct regular skills assessments and identify critical skill gaps to develop targeted training programs.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties related to the role as necessary.

• Vocational education in Mechanical, Technical, or related fields is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of high-speed manufacturing processes is essential.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proven experience with classroom and platform training delivery, along with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing learning platforms, such as AG5, is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
