**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required. - Cardiac Telemetry experience required. - EPIC charting system experience required. - Focus on cardiac patients such as Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Arrhythmias. - Secondary focus on respiratory problems like COPD and pneumonia. - Pass/Fail EKG exam required by all RNs for Cone Health regardless of specialty, with 2 attempt limit. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred. **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required. - BLS (Basic Life Support) required. **Skills:** - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Central line care/management - Feeding tube care and management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)* - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols* - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath* - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management - Renal failure management - Starting and maintaining IVs* - Telemetry - Titrate Cardiac drips* - Titration of Insulin drips* - TR Band* - CVP monitoring* - Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - License in hand required with submission. - Education Verification through a third party is required, with limitations on accepting education from specific schools. - Background Check: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check. - Local Radius: 50 miles. No locals accepted; submission MUST include current DL to confirm address for local rule. - All travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed.
