Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar PCU or acute care setting
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and epic electronic medical records
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience floating between different units or hospitals
• Additional certifications or specialized training in telemetry or critical care
• Experience working in a magnet or high-volume hospital setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• 2+ years of recent hospital-based nursing experience in a PCU or similar environment

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Flexibility to work night shifts (night 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30)
• Travel within hospital affiliates may be required, with the walking distance being approximately 5-6 minutes between facilities
• Availability to start on 06/29/2026
• Must comply with all hospital safety protocols and maintain certifications
