What you bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant nursing experience in critical care settings
• Proficiency in IV starts, TELE monitoring, and Epic electronic health records
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to different hospital units
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity levels as needed

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working in multiple hospital campuses (e.g., Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, Dodd)
• Previous float pool or agency nursing experience
• Additional certifications such as PALS or CCRN

Educational & experience requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
• At least 2 years of critical care or step-down unit experience

Other requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• Access to reliable transportation to accommodate floating across different campuses
• Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols
