What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Skilled in IV start, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively across various ICU units, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in multiple ICU specialties beyond the required settings
• Additional certifications such as CCRN or PALS
• Past experience with float pool staffing or similar dynamic clinical environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state
• At least 2 years of critical care experience in acute hospital settings

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts)
• Willingness to float within units of equal or lower acuity
• Valid state licensure and certifications; willingness to travel or accept travel reimbursement when applicable
