Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Current speech-language pathology state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in schools or working with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in a range of therapy models for diverse student needs

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to foster student progress
• Track and report student outcomes through thorough documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with classroom educators to support academic success and classroom participation
