Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work closely with educators and families

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each student’s needs
• Write thorough evaluations, progress notes, and individualized education program (IEP) documentation
• Provide direct and consultative services, supporting students both in and out of classroom settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure integrated care and achievement of student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as a key clinical resource
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every student can thrive
