Job Summary

The Project Coordinator provides vital administrative and drafting support to the Project Management team. This role serves as an entry point into the project management career path, offering opportunities to learn company processes and develop the skills needed to advance within Project Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret design specifications and convert them into accurate and detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Support compliance by collecting and organizing contracts, certificates of insurance, and required documentation.
• Assist in maintaining material buy reports (MBRs) and tracking cost savings.
• Collect and organize purchase order documentation including quotes, tax forms, and vendor info.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Industries, or equivalent experience preferred.
• High proficiency in CAD software and drawing techniques required .
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles using autoCAD, Procore or similar program.
• Possesses excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Exhibits strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
